Version 2026-10-13 · Edition for the Russian region

LAWYER-REVIEW — draft. This text was prepared by the engineering team from the actual design of the Service and is not legal advice. Before it is published in production, a lawyer must review the document and confirm every place marked LAWYER-REVIEW, including compliance with YooKassa's requirements for recurring payments; every {{…}} value must be filled in. While this notice is present, the document is not an effective version.

This English text is a convenience translation of the Russian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Version: 2026-10-13. Effective date: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms form part of the Public Offer for the Right to Use the Aitechestvo Service (/en/legal/terms, the Offer) and govern charges to a saved payment method without re-entering payment details (recurring payments, auto-payments) in favour of {{RU_OPERATOR_NAME}} (the Licensor). Terms have the meanings given in the Offer.

1.2. How consent is given. When paying for a subscription in the Console, the owner or administrator of the Organisation who selects "save the card for auto-renewal" separately ticks the box accepting these Terms. The box is unticked by default; without the tick the payment method is not saved and auto-renewal is not enabled. The person giving consent confirms that they may use the selected payment method on behalf of the Customer.

1.3. The Licensor keeps evidence of the consent: the version of these Terms, the time, the IP address, browser details and a hash of the accepting person's email address. The evidence is kept even after that person's account is deleted.

1.4. Auto-renewal is available only if the feature is enabled by the Licensor and the payment service. [LAWYER-REVIEW: confirm that the wording meets YooKassa's requirements for enabling auto-payments and the card schemes' rules.]

2. Payment methods and payment service

2.1. Payments are accepted by the YooKassa payment service (NCO YooMoney LLC). A bank card or SberPay can be saved for auto-renewal. Payments through the Faster Payments System (SBP) are not saved and do not enable auto-renewal.

2.2. Card details are entered on the YooKassa page and are not passed to the Licensor. The Licensor stores only the YooKassa payment method identifier, the method type, the card scheme, the last four digits and the expiry date of the card.

3. What is charged

3.1. Subscription auto-renewal. On the end date of the current Subscription period the price of the next Subscription period is charged — for the current plan and billing period or, if the Customer has scheduled a plan or period change, for the new plan and period. The amount follows the Plan prices that applied to the Customer; the Customer is notified of a price change at least 30 days in advance (item 6.5 of the Offer).

3.2. Retries. If the charge fails (for example, because of insufficient funds), the subscription becomes payment-pending, access continues for the grace period (7 days), and the charge is retried 1, 3 and 5 days after the first failed attempt. If the bank declines the charge for a reason that rules out retries (expired card, blocked card, revoked permission, etc.), the payment method is disabled and no further attempts are made.

3.3. Charges at the Customer's instruction. The owner or an administrator may use the saved method in the Console to pay for a plan change, an early renewal or other payments provided for by the Offer. Such charges are made only following a user action in the Console.

3.4. The Licensor makes no other charges to the saved payment method.

4. Notices and receipts

4.1. 7 days before the Subscription period ends, a reminder stating the amount and date of the upcoming charge is sent to the billing address (or, if none is set, to the owner). If auto-renewal is not possible (the payment method is disabled or the card expires earlier), the reminder contains a link to pay manually.

4.2. After each charge, a notice of the result and an electronic fiscal receipt under Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22 May 2003 are sent. If a charge fails, a notice with information about the next attempt is sent.

5. Opting out of auto-renewal

5.1. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time:

  • in the Console, Billing section: cancel the subscription renewal (the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed) or delete the saved payment method;
  • by email to {{RU_SUPPORT_EMAIL}} from the owner or an administrator of the Organisation — the Licensor disables auto-renewal no later than the business day after the email is received. [TECH-CHECK: in the current version only the Organisation owner or an administrator can disable auto-renewal in the Console; a platform-admin tool or a support procedure is needed.]

5.2. After opting out, no charges are made under these Terms; the period already paid is not refunded (item 15.1 of the Offer). The subscription can be renewed manually.

5.3. When the Organisation is deleted, all saved payment methods are disabled automatically.

6. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are made under Section 15 of the Offer by the same method as the payment, with a refund receipt. If you believe a charge was made in error, write to {{RU_SUPPORT_EMAIL}} before contacting your bank — we will review the request within 10 business days.

7. Changes to these Terms

The owner and administrators of the Organisation are notified of a new version of these Terms by email at least 30 days in advance. If a change affects the amount, frequency or grounds of charges, the Licensor asks for a new consent; until it is given, auto-renewal is disabled and the Customer can renew the subscription manually. [LAWYER-REVIEW] [TECH-CHECK: the current version of the Service has no re-consent flow; until one exists, auto-renewal is disabled by revoking the saved payment methods and notifying the Customers.]

8. Contacts

{{RU_OPERATOR_NAME}}, INN {{RU_OPERATOR_INN}}, {{RU_OPERATOR_ADDRESS}}. Email: {{RU_SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
